All-around good dude schtuneBen Barnett has been participating in an annual bike ride to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society for so long that I have officially run out of jokes which riff on the phrase "Multiple Sclerosis Society." No kidding, I've done "Singular Sclerosis" and "Sclerosis, Sclerosis, Sclerosis and Sclerosis, alt: Multiple Sclerosis" and "The Multiple Justice Sclerosis Society." Oh, I don't think I've done the Society's nemeses in the IN-Multiple Sclerosis Society, yet. Maybe I have. In any case, he's been doing it for a while.

I like to help as much as I can, so every year I try to arrange an auction of one sort or another. This year, I'm putting up several pieces on eBay, including the Superman redesigns from Project:Rooftop. Those things were pretty popular, so I'm hoping fans of the redesigns and folks who enjoy donating to a good cause will help drive up the price a treat, as all proceeds are going to benefit Ben's ride.

It's a five-day auction on all the items, check them all out here or look below the cut for each piece individually.

Iron Man - starting at $19.99

Fourth World Superman - starting at $19.99

Phantom Zone Superman - starting at $19.99

Future Cop Superman (1 of 2) - starting at $19.99

Future Cop Superman (2 of 2) - starting at $19.99
This is the first shot I took at this costume, and decided I wanted to try again, since he comes out a little nebbishy here...

Cutie Little Foxtail Girl - starting at only $4.99!

BAT-MANNNNN - starting at only $9.99!

If you'd like to know more about Ben and his reasons for riding, or to make a donation directly, check out his donation page. Hit me up if you have any questions, and thanks folks!

In B&W, the Future Cop Superman designs make him look like he's wearing bicycle shorts. (I wonder how a bare arms/bare legs take like that-- a modified singlet-- would've gone over. Probably kind of silly.)
